Upon payment of a fixed annual service charge, our retainer client can seek quick legal advice within the retainer period. If the matter involved does not require detailed legal research, our solicitors will forthwith or within a short period of time render preliminary legal advice through telephone free of charge. Further, if any entity instructs us to take legal action against our retainer client, we will decline instructions on the ground of conflict of interest.
